Really liked the product, it holds every pair of shoes I have and takes up very little space. If you are looking to organize a closet, this is the item to invest in.

This is a great product compared to some others that Iv,e had. The pole is steel,not plastic. The pieces that hold
the adjustable metal shoe racks are plastic but seem to be somewhat sturdy, only time will tell. I have a low ceiling (under 8ft.) so I had to shorten the small spring loaded rod which presses against the ceiling. My only complaint is that where the sections of tubing were cut had left a slight bulge at the edges and the plastic pieces would not slide over the joint until they were filed down. No big deal for me but might be a problem for someone else, especially with the chrome model. Much sturdier than a plastic shoe tree. Each rack will hold 6 pair but leaving one empty between pairs gives plenty of room (4 pair per tier).

i love my shoe tree! i have tons of shoes and this is a great way to organize them. i did have to put it on top of a few textbooks to get the top spring to work though.
