The outlet we use to charge our phones is in a location that requires putting the phone on the floor which seemed like an accident waiting to happen. This product solved that problem. From the reviews, I was a little afraid that our Droid X phones would be too heavy as they are larger than most cell phones. However, the plastic is rigid and strong enough to hold them and I suspect would hold something heavier like a razor.

I like this product even though it doesn't work as well as I imagined. I have been wrapping the charger cord around the narrow neck of the holder instead of letting it hang down to the floor from our mid-wall outlets. This a good strategy, but when I have to pack up my charger to go out of town it gets messy. I just threw the holder with the cord around it into my bag, but since the AC adapter was (obviously) no longer stabilized in an outlet, it was able to unwind and make a big tangled mess after I dug around in my bag for anything. So, great product, but I'm still trying to make it work for me. As it's just a piece of plastic I wish it was cheaper. Saw it in Hastings once and had to buy it.
